Our system reflects the exact MLS information and is updated each hour. Unlike other more popular websites such as Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, etc. that can be days out of synch, our site is completely accurate up to the hour. We do this to insure that you are browsing the most up-to-date property information available for homes in the East Bay Area. Please take a look at our New Listings, Price Changes and Solds "quick look" links on the left.

Here is an explanation of the menu selection categories to the left.

• All Active Listings: All the active listings available in the selected city. This includes the "New" and "Price Change" categories.
• New Listings: These properties are new to the MLS and have been added within the last 5 days. Check here every few days to keep current on market activity in your chosen city.
• Price Changes: Properties that have had a price modification (up or down) will remain on this list for 5 days.
• Rental Properties: Coming Soon.
• Condo Directory: Coming Soon.
